Any player who accesses 333s must read, understand, and comply with these terms and conditions. These terms should be read together with the bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gambling guidelines published on the website. Those documents are considered part of these terms and conditions.

1.1 Agreement

By accessing this website, registering, or participating in any games, you confirm that you fully agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you should not continue using the 333s website.

1.2 Language

These terms and conditions are written in Burmese. If there is any discrepancy in a translation for any reason, the original Burmese version shall be the authoritative reference.

A player registering an account at 333s must meet the following requirements—

• Must be 21 years of age or older. The 21+ age restriction is strictly enforced at 333s.
• Each person must register as an individual account holder, and only one account per person is allowed.
• Personal information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and complete.
• Only your own bank account or payment account may be used. Using another person's payment method is not permitted.

2.1 Identity Verification

333s has the right to verify a player's name, date of birth, and payment records. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during the verification period. If a player is found to have provided false information, their account may be closed and any remaining balance may be frozen.

2.2 Account Security

The player is responsible for keeping their account password secure. If you believe unauthorized access has occurred, you must notify [email protected] immediately.

Payments at 333s can be made using KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. Only these three methods are accepted.

3.1 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum Deposit: 20,000 Ks (for all methods)
• Minimum Withdrawal: 20,000 Ks
• Standard Withdrawal Processing Time: Within 1 hour (Myanmar Standard Time)

3.2 Deposit Process

Deposits are reviewed and confirmed by the 333s payments team. Deposits are generally processed almost instantly, though minor delays may occur due to server issues or payment gateway delays. If funds do not appear in your account, contact [email protected] within 24 hours.

3.3 Withdrawal Process

For withdrawals, the player must use the same payment method used for the deposit. 333s will process the withdrawal within 1 hour of the request, and withdrawals are permitted only after bonus wagering requirements have been met.

3.4 Currency

All payments are processed in Myanmar Kyat (Ks / MMK). If a deposit is made in a foreign currency, it will be converted at the exchange rate set by 333s, and the player must accept that difference.

333s offers players a first deposit bonus and occasional promotions. How these bonuses are used is explained here.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Players making their first deposit can receive a 120% bonus on the deposited amount, up to 500,000 Ks.

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 24,000 Ks → Balance 44,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 24,000 Ks × 10 = 240,000 Ks
• Deposit 840,000 Ks → Bonus 500,000 Ks → Balance 1,340,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 500,000 Ks × 10 = 5,000,000 Ks

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, the player must first complete wagering of 10 times the bonus amount. Winnings from the bonus may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been fully met.

4.3 Bonus Cancellation

333s reserves the right to cancel a bonus if any of the following situations occur—

• If a player is found to be exploiting the bonus system for profit
• If the information provided is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent
• If a player is found to be opening more than one account to repeatedly claim bonuses

333s offers a variety of game types including slots, live casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Shan Koe Mee, 2D/3D lottery, crash games, and football betting. The following general rules apply to all game types—

5.1 Fair Play

At 333s, game results are generated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Players cannot predict outcomes in advance by any means, and game results are random — independent of any individual player's session.

5.2 Prohibited Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited at 333s—

• Bypassing the gaming process through hacking, software exploits, or bots
• Using 333s as a tool for money laundering
• Colluding with other players to exploit the platform

If any of these practices are found, the account will be closed and remaining balances will not be returned.

Moving up through VIP tiers depends on a player's consistency and volume of play, as assessed by the 333s support team. VIP cashback will be credited once the designated period is complete.

333s presents gambling as a form of entertainment and does not encourage irresponsible play. Players should only play with money they can afford, and always keep in mind that losses are possible.

7.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

7.2 21+ Age Restriction

Players must be 21 or older to play at 333s. Minors or anyone legally prohibited from gambling may not use 333s. Registering while underage is treated as a violation at 333s, and such accounts will be closed immediately.

333s may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a player's account for the following reasons—

• If a breach of these terms is found
• If financial fraud or money laundering activity is detected
• If a player is found to have opened multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses
• If the player requests a restriction themselves (voluntary self-exclusion)

For closures requested by the player, remaining balances will be paid out once wagering requirements are met. For closures due to rule violations, remaining balances will not be returned.
